The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is a large multi-market hotel located in the Central Business District of Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The hotel was designed by John Portman and Associates and opened in 1985 as one of the most iconic atrium hotels of its time. Today, the hotel still ranks as one of the largest indoor atrium volumes in the world. CHMWarnick commissioned Pace Management Group to develop a 10-year capital plan to maintain the hotel’s competitive position in the marketplace while meeting Marriott International's brand requirements. ​
