Ethan Smith

Ethan holds a degree from Georgia Tech in Construction Management. Ethan has worked in the construction and development industry for over 16 years, including as a project manager for The Winter Construction Company and owner's representative/project director at Noble Investment Group. Ethan joined Pace Management Group in 2010 and became managing partner in 2016.
