​​Set on the shimmering shores of Riviera Beach,​ this serene retreat underwent a complete restorative upgrade and curated design, creating a sense of quiet luxury, oceanfront pools, and waterfront dining. ​The entire ground floor, including the main lobby, recreation facilities, restaurant/bar area, kitchen, function space, outdoor bar, pool building, and associated amenities, retrofitting of existing lighting with LED, and refurbishment of existing A/V and dimming systems. The existing restaurant and bar were reconfigured to include an indoor/outdoor bar. The fitness center was fully renovated to receive new finishes, FF&E, and fitness equipment. All existing pre-function and meeting spaces were reconfigured to accommodate a larger ballroom and the new overall concept. The pool and pool buildings were reconfigured to accommodate a larger pool deck and the new overall concept that included new FF&E for the pool and surrounding areas. Fully reconfigured and upgraded High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) systems, makeup air units, and cooling towers included required engineering and related infrastructure.
