The property experienced a renovation across all areas, featuring new case goods and soft goods, including the replacement of carpet, vinyl wall covering, artwork, upholstered seating, window treatments, and light fixtures. The lobby was revitalized with restored entry doors, new furniture, and updated artwork. Additionally, the meeting rooms and boardroom were extensively updated with new finishes and enhanced technology.
