Located in downtown Washington, D.C., Pace managed an extensive renovation of all 459 guestrooms and suites that included all new softgoods, casegoods and completely new bathrooms with tub-to-shower conversions new vanities and a mixture of tile with natural stone finishes. The property revamped its amenities with innovative product designs to its M Club Lounge, Fitness Center, and Spotted Zebra restaurant. The budget for this project exceeded $25M.
