Pace has completed several projects at this property over the last decade. Pace managed the renovation of all 446 guestrooms and suites that included all new softgoods, casegoods and completely new bathrooms with tub-to-shower conversions new vanities and a mixture of tile with natural stone finishes. The budget for this project exceeded $25M and construction was completed in four months. Included in the most recent renovations are the Coquina Pool Bar Renovation and Expansion, Tidewater Grill, Spa & Salon, Kid's Center, Fitness Center, and Salt restaurant.
