Ethan has worked in the construction and development industry for over 20 years, including as a project manager for The Winter Construction Company and owner's representative/project director at Noble Investment Group. Ethan joined Pace Management Group in 2010 and became managing partner in 2016.
In 2026, Ethan actively implemented a merger with two other project management firms, unified under Pace Management, bringing together the complementary experience, client relationships, and resources of each organization. Ethan continues to lead Pace Management Group, maintaining the firm’s focus on service and executive planning as well as actively leading projects.
