Our Story
Pace Management Group was founded over 35 years ago to serve the needs of owners and developers by providing a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the hospitality industry backed by years of experience.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality project management and development services, Pace has successfully completed hundreds of projects on time and on budget by employing the experience and expertise of our valuable team members and the systems we have refined over the years.
In 2026, Pace implemented a multi-company merger, unified under Pace Management, bringing together over 75 years of collective experience, client relationships, resources and expertise. Building on Pace Management’s long-standing history in the hospitality industry, the alliance strengthens the firm’s depth while maintaining its longstanding commitment to owner-focused project management.
